Song of Being is a transformational weekend retreat for those who feel the quiet pull toward something more honest, more alive
Held in deep connection with the earth, the body, and the unseen rhythms that move through all things, this gathering is not about fixing or becoming someone new. It is about listening — long enough, deeply enough — for something essential to open.
Through stillness, movement, time in nature, and shared presence, you are invited to remember your own tone and leave changed by what you hear.
More authentic. More aware.
The Arc of the Weekend
(Designed Like Music)
Arrival — Tuning
You arrive slowly. Time is given to land, orient the nervous system, and attune to the space, the land, and one another. No teaching. Just grounding, breath and presence.
Opening — Listening
Silence and guided practices create space for deep listening — to the body, to the earth, to what has been waiting beneath the noise. This is where the opening begins, gently and without force.
Middle — Expression
Movement, voice, reflection, and relational practices allow what has opened to move. Nothing is performed. Expression is raw, personal, and grounded. The song begins to be felt, not analyzed.
Treshold — Change
A simple, powerful ritual marks the shift. Something is named. Something is released. Something is claimed. This is the point where you might feel: I won’t go back the same
Integration — Carrying the Song
The final phase focuses on how to live from what has changed. You are supported in translating the experience into daily life — not as a practice to maintain, but as a way of being to remember.
Some things you can play with starting now:
* If it feels performative, it doesn’t belong.
* If it rushes the process, slow it down.
* If it explains too much, remove words.
* If it disconnects you from your body, change it.
* If it doesn’t honor the land, re-listen.
Ask often: “Does this help me to hear myself more clearly?”
If the answer is yes, it stays. If not, it goes — no matter how clever or impressive it seems.
